What is included?

The cost of the villa is for your party's exclusive use and enjoyment. The villa will be cleaned for you before your arrival and clean bed linen and towels are provided. If you are staying more than one week there will be a change of linen and towels each week. The pool is cleaned twice a week during the summer and once a week at other times of the year. The garden will be tidied and watered during the course of your stay. The English caretaker will be on call should you have any problems. The usual changeover day this summer will be Saturday. As already described, there is the provision of premium TV channels on a new Panasonic TV, and wireless internet connection for those who bring their laptops.
 

What should I do now?

If you wish to know more or want to make a booking then please contact me in any of the ways described overleaf. I shall reserve your required dates and these shall become firm bookings on receipt of £200 deposit. When you send this please provide details of your party and the ages of  any children under 18 together with any special requirements you might have. Full payment for the holiday should be sent 8 weeks before the holiday and the initial £200 will be retained as a deposit against damage etc., and refunded after your visit when you have returned the key. You shall be sent a key and local route instructions a couple of weeks before departure.
