The villa is very spacious and luxuriously appointed with air conditioning and sea views from the living room and terrace, shown in the picture below.  It is set in a beautiful Mediterranean garden of about 950 square metres in a private and quiet cul-de-sac.

The grounds and gardens

The grounds and gardens contain areas of lawn, terracing and many kinds of flowers and mature trees. These include grapefruit, lemon and orange that you are welcome to eat when ripe and a juicer is provided to enable home grown drinks to refresh you around the pool. There are a variety of mature cacti and many flowering shrubs and plants that provide much colour and scents during the year.  There are different areas to relax in the grounds with a choice of sun or shade at different times of the day.

The house is equipped with plenty of garden furniture for al fresco dining and sunbathing. In 2005 a large quality, circular teak dining table and chairs was purchased to further enhance the outside area of the villa. There is a large fixed BBQ and also a mobile one so that you may choose the site for your feasting!

At night, the pool and many of the trees can be floodlit providing a most attractive setting in which the warm evenings can be enjoyed.

The pool itself is 9 x 5 metres and the extra width over the usual size provides opportunity for circuit training! There are Roman steps into the shallow end, areas for sunbathing and an outside shower.

At the side of the house, a double gate leads to an area for parking and a garage where your car can be kept from the heat of the sun.
