The inside of the villa has about 250 square metres of living space and is beautifully appointed. It consists of a main floor which contains the majority of the accommodation and can comfortably sleep six and  a separate apartment underneath which can house a further two to four people. Please note that the communal living areas of the main floor are more than adequate for the maximum party size of eight to ten.

The main floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room and conservatory. This level has quality marble tiled flooring and superior fittings throughout. There is a large air conditioning unit in the main living area.

One of the bedrooms has a king-size double bed and an en suite bathroom with a WC, hand basin and shower. There is an attractive sweeping staircase leading up to a sun terrace on the roof and an air conditioning unit.

The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath with attached shower. The rooms each have two single beds and large fitted wardrobes. The entrance lobby to the two rooms has an air conditioning unit.

Both of the bathrooms have thermostatically controlled heaters if you visit during the cooler months.  


The fully equipped kitchen

 

 

There is a quality fitted kitchen with fine wooden cabinets and marble work surfaces. It includes an electric convection oven with combined gas and electric hob, a microwave, a large fridge, freezer and washing machine and is equipped with everything you need for when you wish to cater at home. There is now a dish washer for your convenience.

Dining area

The kitchen opens up into a dining area where there is a large table and chairs. This in turn looks over the spacious living room which is reached by descending a few steps.

This room has comfortable seating and is pleasantly furnished. It is bright and spacious and has a very effective log burning stove set in a wall. The convection of heat through the large living area is assisted by electric fan should the need arise!

There is a cable TV system which provides access to all the main UK terrestrial channels and satellite channels, including premium ones such as Sky Sports and Sky Movies. Additionally, there is also a VCR, DVD and CD,  cassette and radio system. An important feature for many people is that there is now the provision of wireless internet connection for those who bring their laptops.

The living room leads into the conservatory which is equipped with table and chairs and glass doors which open up. Its elevated position provides a delightful view over the gardens and pool and of the sea and cliffs about 2 km away.  

The apartment has a separate entrance at garden level and is equipped with its own kitchenette, bathroom with WC, hand basin and shower, living area and two/four beds. This can be used when there are more than six guests in the house, bringing the potential capacity up to eight to ten. Recently, a new air conditioning unit was installed in this part of the house.

There are a number of other high spec features to the villa including a front gate which can be opened electronically from inside the entrance hall, an alarm system, a concealed safe for valuables, an independent electricity generator in the rare event of a power failure, and its own emergency water deposit in the even less likely event of a temporary interruption to the supply!
